We recommend the main adjustments to be made and propose an action plan according to the chosen scenario.

We support you in any negotiations to be carried out with your key partners (suppliers, bank lenders, etc.). We define the key indicators and the steering bodies to be put in place.

We support the teams in managing change in order to fulfil the agreed action plan. We carry out an assessment, according to the frequency decided by the commissioning entity, in order to proceed with any required adjustments.
