Eric has been a member of the management committee in retail and private banking for a Systemic European bank. He had both managerial and operational experience in the different positions held, such as Chief Risk Officer or Head of Support functions (HR, IT, organization, purchasing, real estate and logistics). Eric also negotiated restructuring files with corporate or large risk clients, bilaterally or in banking pools, and was a risk credit analyst. As an internal consultant, Eric has led several IT system and transformation projects in France and internationally. Eric is a Lean 6 Σ black belt.
