Transform the operating model of a large DIY store

Goals: 

• perform a performance diagnosis of a large DIY store
• identify key issues and processes to be modified
• support you on the process review in order to increase the company's performance

We perform an independent review of the DIY operating model with a lean 6 sigma approach. Based on the findings, and by integrating financial (income / m2, stock rotation, etc.), commercial (customer satisfaction), human and organisational objectives, we determine in collaboration with your teams the main changes to implement (management of stocks, information system, work organization).

We assist you in adapting or setting up steering indicators and define an action plan. With your teams, we support you in the deployment of this action plan and measure the expected benefits / impacts.

We carry out an assessment after the agreed deadline (eg 6 months, one year) and support you on the required adjustments.
